Robert Griffis formed the Law Office of Robert B. Griffis in January 2023 after practicing workers’ compensation/Longshore defense for 22 years in large defense firms. The goal of the new firm was to provide carriers, third-party administrators, and employers with representation exclusively at the partner level. All work, from receipt through hearing or settlement, will be handled by a partner. This will ensure the most efficient representation to resolve the case.
Robert is board-certified in workers’ compensation, which only 7% of all attorneys in Florida area. Obtaining board certification includes a test, a required number of completed trials, and peer or judicial review for competency, ethics, and professionalism.
